Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before completing your reservation.

Airport Transportation

You must cancel airport transportation reservations at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a refund.

We do not issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your pickup time. We may charge the full reservation amount for these late cancellations.

Limousine, Party Bus & Hourly Rides

You must cancel limousine, party bus, luxury Sprinter, and hourly special-event reservations at least 14 days before your service date to receive a refund.

All cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled reservation date are completely non-refundable.

No-Show Rules

Passengers must arrive at the scheduled pickup location on time. Our drivers will wait for a standard grace period.

If you do not appear and do not contact us during this waiting window, we mark the trip as a no-show. We do not issue refunds for no-shows.

Changes & Rescheduling

We accept requests to change your trip date, pickup time, vehicle choice, or travel itinerary. However, these changes depend entirely on our current vehicle availability. Additional fees may apply if your new trip details change our operational costs.

Refund Processing

Our team returns all approved refunds directly to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Special Events & Peak Dates

Major holidays, weddings, proms, and high-demand concert dates often have stricter cancellation requirements. We will clearly communicate any unique cancellation terms to you during your booking process.
